lauren k collier, phd

Hi, I’m lauren.

I am a practical academic. A thinking do-er. A human-centered strategist. An empathetic advocate.

As an educator, a researcher, a coach, and a change agent, my career includes 20+ years of experience leading higher education change and consulting with governments and organizations to develop human-centered technology and training.  I identify as a bridge builder: between different groups of people, different schools of thought, and different ways of being.  In my real life, I love to cook, practice yoga, walk/talk with friends, and my doodle Millie holds me accountable for belly rubs!

Through LKC, LLC, I provide research-backed strategies, structured activities, and customized content to foster alignment, agility, and productivity–LEARNING ORGANIZATIONS. I start by identifying win/win strategies and drive progress through effective communication, purposeful engagement, and clear roadmaps for stakeholders.

As a coach, I care deeply about helping individuals on their personal journey to clarity, confidence, and connection.
